These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of germanywalla.com ("Platform") and all services offered by GermanyWalla Academy, operated by Ajay Kumar HUF (MSME registered, India). By accessing the Platform or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
GermanyWalla Academy is a mentorship service that helps Indian students navigate the Germany university admission process. It is operated by Ajay Kumar HUF, a Hindu Undivided Family entity registered as an MSME under the Government of India. The Academy is founded and led by Kartik Parashar.
The services offered include mentorship packages (Guided Package, Premium Package), Clarity Calls, and free digital resources. These are educational and advisory services — not legal, immigration, or visa representation services.
To use the Platform or purchase any service, you must be at least 18 years of age. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users between 13–18 years may access free content only with parent or guardian consent.
GermanyWalla Academy offers structured mentorship programs. The scope of each package is described on the respective package pages. A summary:
Important: Our service fee covers mentorship and advisory services only. Additional costs such as APS processing fees (₹18,000), university application fees, uni-assist fees, blocked account setup fees, and visa fees are separate expenses that you must bear. We will guide you on these costs at the relevant stages.
GermanyWalla Academy provides expert guidance and execution support. However, admission decisions are made solely by German universities and visa decisions are made by German embassies/consulates. We do not and cannot guarantee admission to any university or issuance of any visa.
Our record of 0 visa rejections applies specifically to students who received a public university admission letter and completed the visa process through our program. This past performance does not constitute a guarantee of future outcomes.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, India's regulated payment gateway, integrated via Systeme.io. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. We do not store your payment card details.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full before services commence.
All content on this Platform — including text, videos, documents, templates, SOPs, and course materials — is the intellectual property of GermanyWalla Academy / Ajay Kumar HUF. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use this content for your own Germany university application process only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any Platform content with third parties. You may not use our materials to build competing products or services.

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GERMANYWALLA ACADEMY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE PLATFORM. UNIVERSITY ADMISSION POLICIES AND VISA REGULATIONS CHANGE FREQUENTLY; WHILE WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO KEEP INFORMATION CURRENT, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL INFORMATION IS UP TO DATE AT THE TIME OF YOUR USE.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, GermanyWalla Academy and Ajay Kumar HUF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or services, including but not limited to visa rejections, university rejections, missed deadlines, or financial losses beyond the service fee paid to us.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
