Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any service from GermanyWalla Academy. Our services involve personalised mentorship and significant preparation work that begins immediately upon enrollment. This shapes our refund structure. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. Mentorship Packages — General Policy

GermanyWalla Academy's Guided Package and Premium Package are personalised mentorship programs. Upon enrollment:

  • A profile evaluation is conducted and documented for your application.
  • A personalised university shortlist is prepared based on your background.
  • Session slots are reserved exclusively for you in Kartik's limited cohort (max 20 students per intake).
  • In the Premium Package, work on your SOP and APS documents begins immediately.

Because this preparation work begins at enrollment and the seat reserved for you is unavailable to other students, mentorship packages are non-refundable once onboarding begins.

This policy is consistent with Indian consumer law as it applies to personalised services that are customised to the individual and where delivery has commenced. We encourage you to book a Clarity Call first if you are unsure whether the program is right for you.


2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment: If you are charged twice for the same service due to a payment gateway error, the duplicate charge will be refunded within 7 business days.
  • Service not delivered: If GermanyWalla Academy is unable to commence your program within 14 days of your enrollment date for reasons solely on our end, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Technical payment error: If your payment is confirmed but your enrollment cannot be processed due to a technical issue, you will be refunded in full.

To request a refund under any of these exceptions, email us at helpdeskgermanywalla@gmail.com within 7 days of the triggering event with your payment reference number.


3. Clarity Call — Adjustment Policy

The Clarity Call fee of ₹1,699 is adjustable, not refundable as cash. If you book a Clarity Call with Kartik and subsequently enroll in the Guided Package or Premium Package within 30 days of your call date, the ₹1,699 will be deducted from the package fee.

This adjustment is applied manually — please mention your Clarity Call booking when enrolling in a package, or email us to have the adjustment applied.

The Clarity Call fee is not refundable if you choose not to enroll in a package.


4. Cancellation Policy

Before onboarding: If you request cancellation within 24 hours of payment and before your onboarding session has been scheduled or conducted, we will assess on a case-by-case basis. Contact us immediately at helpdeskgermanywalla@gmail.com.

After onboarding begins: Once your onboarding session has been held and your profile work has commenced, cancellation is not eligible for a refund as described above.

We do not charge any cancellation fee beyond the retention of the service fee already paid.


5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Razorpay via our Systeme.io platform. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank's processing timelines. We do not initiate refunds to a different account or payment method than the one used for purchase.


6. Third-Party Fees

Fees paid to third parties as part of the Germany application process — including APS fees (₹18,000), uni-assist fees, visa fees, blocked account setup fees, and any university application fees — are entirely outside our control and are non-refundable by GermanyWalla Academy under any circumstances. These are your direct payments to third-party organisations.
